Exercise Your Canadian Privacy Rights
This page is for privacy requests from individuals in Canada. Subject to applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25 where they apply, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, deletion or de-indexing where available, withdrawal of consent, and data portability where required by law. How to Submit a Request
To exercise your Canadian privacy rights, please contact our Privacy Officer by email with the subject line “Data request” or use our privacy request page. Please include:

Enough details to help us locate your information, verify your identity, and process your request
What Happens Next
We will acknowledge your request and respond within 30 calendar days after receiving a complete request, unless a limited extension is permitted by applicable Canadian privacy law. If an extension is needed, we will tell you the reason and the expected response date. We may need to verify your identity or request additional information before processing your request.
Reconsideration and Escalation
If we cannot fulfill all or part of your request, we will provide a written explanation, subject to legal limits. Reasons may include that we cannot verify your identity, the information is subject to legal privilege or confidentiality obligations, fulfilling the request would affect another person’s privacy, the request is frivolous, vexatious, or abusive, or the law permits or requires us to retain the information.
How to request reconsideration: Email our Privacy Officer with the subject line “Privacy request reconsideration” within 30 calendar days of receiving our decision. Include your original request, our response, and the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
Timeline: We will acknowledge your reconsideration request and provide a further response within 30 calendar days after receiving it, unless a limited extension is permitted by applicable Canadian privacy law.
Regulator complaints and review rights:

Quebec residents: You may ask the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (CAI) to review or investigate a privacy matter at any time.

Other Canadian residents: You may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) under PIPEDA, where applicable.
